BTS Series gaseous fuel steam fire-tube boilers with productivity from 0.25 to 16 tons of steam per hour. Steam three-course boilers with exposed back face, robust design, are ideal for utilization under sever operating conditions in medium/high efficiency range, when simple design, easy-to-maintenance and reliability are principal.
Exposed back face is the most important feature of steam fire-tube boilers. In comparison with dry back face, it possesses a number of benefits: increased heat surface, decreased thickness of refractory material, and, as a consequence, considerably increased lifetime of the boiler.

The boilers are equipped with specific passage structure of combustion gases using the coal-firing fan, this enables providing high efficiency.
Liquid fuel boiler efficiency is 92%.
Steam boiler is designated for steam generation under operating pressure 0.6 MPa (6 kgf/cm2) for production and heating needs.
The burning process is in furnace volume, generated combustion products enter the chimney through uptake channels.

The last, third passage is through fire-tube channels, where swirlers are installed, which while reducing hot gases passage speed, provide maximum heat output and boiler efficiency increase up to 92%.

Hot water boilers are designated for supply of hot water with nominal temperature 95°С, utilized in heating, ventilation and hot water supply systems of industrial and economic buildings and structures, and for technological purposes. Boilers are installed in boiler-houses equipped with water treatment units and are operated at operating pressure 0.6 MPa (6 kgf/cm2).

FS Series steam generating coal-fired fluidized bed boilers with capacity up to 50 MW are designated for hot steam generation in isolated boiler-house used in industrial heating systems. The boiler is characterized by the depth of its combustion chamber and convection casing. The boiler has supporting frame. Furnace and convection part are with supports. Combustion chamber is designated for combustion of solid fuel, and allows use of alternative and low grade types of fuel (kindling-wood and any other waste wood, peat, low-energy coal, sludge, etc.). The structure of combustion chamber allows simultaneous combustion of various types of fuel.
Boiler control system is fully automated. Boiler load control range is 30¬ – 100% of rated capacity. Boiler thermal output is altered on the basis of Siemens controllers not exposed to human factor. Boilers of this series have efficiency of 85%.
